About us
HHFA is dedicated to preserving, protecting and promoting Hindu Heritage in America. We conduct various programs to pursue our mission including teacher training, curriculum development and heritage classes and camps.
Founded in 1997, HHFA has conducted numerous training programs, classes, camps, and workshops in the pursuit of its mission. It has partnered with various temples and other organizations to empower local communities.

HHFA is led by Shri Vishal Agarwal—commentator, thinker, columnist, author, scholar, and parent-teacher—who has devoted a lifetime to studying Hinduism and practicing Sanatana Dharma traditions.
Vishal has developed one of the most comprehensive Hindu heritage teaching curricula for temples, now used by scores of temples across North America. He has presented his work at reputed academic conferences and is the author of The New Stereotypes of Hindus in Western Indology, available on Amazon.
He is pioneering the cause of Hindu heritage in America through the development of curricula, academic research, critique of Western distortions, study guides, culturally attuned pedagogy, and extensive documentation and reference works.
